Summons In order to regulate your military status, you presented yourself in front of the military on October 23rd, 1940. in Krefeld at the municipal defense department Hansahaus, second floor, room 21e, to register for the military master roll. The reporting deadline must be strictly adhered to.
Birth certificate, possibly family register, work book, pp. 2 passport photos g.F. Military passport and this summons must be brought with you"
