The back has 1946 handwritten in pencil in the upper left hand corner. There appears to be a US Army motorpool in the lower right of the image with approximately 10 Jeeps, 1 Packard or Buick staff car, and miscellaneous trailers. There is also a convoy of 5 GMC CCKWs, also known as "Jimmy", or G-508 Deuce-and-a-halfs moving down the road. The exact location of this photo and context is unknown, but the significant destruction of the city from the battle of Manila is still readily visible.
